Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS required.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Korean and English bilingual proficiency.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory (ADUC, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and common desktop apps.
• Familiarity with SCCM and Remote Desktop or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals in Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory issues including user accounts, Group Policy, and login access.
• Support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Handle escalations from Tier 1 and collaborate with Tier 3/infra teams.
• Perform onboarding/offboarding and manage user access rights.
• Provide onsite and after-hours VIP support for executives.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Assist with software deployment, patching, and updates.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
