Quick USA Inc. is seeking a Japanese/English bilingual Customer Support & Operations Assistant based in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on customer support for U.S. and Canadian customers and supports CRM, administrative operations, and food quality assurance activities.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Office-based position with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Customer service, administrative, or marketing support experience preferred.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email in Japanese and English.
• Provide product information and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Support customers in the U.S. and Canada and CRM activities.
• Assist with sales/marketing analysis and market planning.
• Coordinate with the Japan office, factories, and business partners.
• Issue invoices and perform basic data entry using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support shipping, packing and general office operations.
• Assist with food quality control documentation.
