QUICK USA in Torrance, CA seeks a proactive Vice President / Manager (U.S. Operations) to drive daily operational excellence as the business expands under the COO. You will oversee retail store launches, E-commerce operations, and cross-functional logistics in the U.S. market.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in retail/CPG/E-commerce, and bilingual English/Japanese communication. Full-time position with comprehensive health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational management experience in retail, CPG, or E-commerce industries.
• Proven track record in executing business plans and managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Business proficiency in English and Japanese for effective communication.
• Hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily business operations under the COO to align with growth targets.
• Support end-to-end retail expansion, including vendor coordination and store setup.
• Manage and scale E-commerce channel performance, including promotions and customer management.
• Serve as a communication link between U.S. vendors/teams and headquarters in Japan.
• Track operational KPIs, budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
