Job summary

The role requires engaging with stakeholders to craft proposals, presentations, and strategic plans that address customer needs and drive growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in service development or sales, bilingual English/Japanese communication, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of service development / sales experience preferred.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business management software.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to develop proposals and presentations for customer needs.
• Identify trends to build sales pipelines in line with targets.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage sales administration including CRM data, contracts, and reporting.
