Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive who is bilingual in English and Japanese to expand the customer pipeline and nurture new opportunities. You will partner with stakeholders to develop proposals, manage CRM data, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to travel to client sites. Office-based hybrid work in Schaumburg, IL with a focus on strategic sales and service development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Three years of service development / sales experience preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must have valid U.S. driver's license.

• Expand the customer pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, including networking and market intelligence gathering.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
