Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• B2B sales experience preferred; graduates welcome to apply.
• Business-level Japanese required.
• Engineering/electronics background highly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel; order-processing software a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market conditions and customer needs, while identifying new opportunities within existing and new markets.
• Support sales activities by presenting technical product information to customers.
• Coordinate customer projects, provide delivery information, and address product specs and engineering questions.
• Collaborate with regional sales reps, engineers, service teams, and manufacturing to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders and follow up on action items.
• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and financial objectives.
• Support development of existing accounts and new business opportunities.
