Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive who is bilingual in English and Japanese to expand the customer pipeline and nurture new business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop proposals, present solutions, and drive growth across Orange County, CA, with a hybrid work setup in Torrance, CA.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3 years of sales experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Valid U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3 years of service development / sales experience is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Expand the customer pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to generate opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Execute sales activities for talent acquisition, outsourcing, consulting, and other new business services.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, org structures, decision processes, and pain points.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Develop strategic account plans to expand existing business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
