Job summary

Kumho Tire U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an IT Systems and Support Specialist to help employees solve technology problems and keep business systems running smoothly. This role blends hands-on IT support with ongoing operational tasks.

You will support Microsoft 365, Windows laptops, user access, basic networking, CRM/EDI issues, onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve processes. Proficiency in Korean and English is required.

Qualifications

1–3 years of IT support, systems support, or business application support.
Experience with EDI operations, transaction monitoring, or system integration coordination is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Power Automate/Power Apps, or Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on IT support for Microsoft 365, Windows laptops, peripherals, and user access.
Investigate CRM and internal application issues, coordinate with system owners and vendors.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and monitor basic network connectivity.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to test EDI connections with customers.
Monitor EDI activity, troubleshoot, and coordinate corrections through resolution.
Track IT requests, communicate progress, and maintain user guides and SOPs.
Support employees using Copilot and AI tools; suggest improvements and automation.
Communicate technical issues in Korean and English across teams.
