Job summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Lathrop, CA. This seasonal role supports end users by studying technical applications, ensuring proper operations, making recommendations, and maximizing computer system capabilities.

This fast-paced IT help desk position requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, troubleshooting prowess, and a customer-focused mindset. Seasonal work from November through April with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience with desktop operating systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience testing and maintaining computer systems.
• Strong passion to grow and develop technical support skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming IT requests via phone, tickets, and help desk orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and solving technical issues.
• Test fixes to ensure problems are fully resolved.
• Track, document, and record help desk requests and issues within the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems, including installations, updates, and configurations.
• Perform follow-up calls to confirm client satisfaction with resolutions.
• Deliver hands-on desktop support for end users.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
