Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
• Proficiency in computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, mobile devices.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, backups and security devices.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support and training across the company.
• Setting up user accounts and training staff on new systems.
• Creating user guides and manuals and assisting staff with IT processes.
