CAI is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) for part-time, remote work. You will provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish users via phone, email, or chat, handling common issues and escalating when needed.

The role requires 6–12 months in a Service Desk/technical role and strong customer service and communication skills. The schedule is weekdays, 12:30am–4:30am EST, and the job is remote.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and Turkish (written and oral).
• 6–12 months in a Service Desk or technical support role.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Aufgaben

• Provide general IT end-user support.
• Utilize strong customer service skills to exceed expectations.
• Interact via phone, email, chat to diagnose technical issues.
• Provide first level support: passwords, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues with solid documentation.
• Record, categorize, document, and close tickets accurately.
• Analyze impact and urgency; prioritize appropriately.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Drive positive customer experience with timely responses.
• Maintain knowledge of Service Desk procedures and services.
• May perform other duties as directed by Team Lead.
