Job summary

CAI is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish users. This part-time remote role runs weekdays from 12:30am to 4:30am EST, handling tickets via phone, email, or chat.

The position requires 6–12 months in a service desk or tech support role, strong customer service, and excellent written and verbal communication. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Turkish (written and oral).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide General IT end-user support
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed expectations
• Interact via telephone, email, chat to diagnose issues
• Provide first level support: passwords, remote hardware/software troubleshooting
• Escalate unresolved issues with proper documentation
• Follow documented processes to resolve issues
• Record, categorize, and close tickets
• Analyze issue urgency and prioritize
• Recommend procedure improvements
• Drive positive customer experience through timely responses
• Maintain knowledge of Service Desk procedures and services
• May perform other duties as directed by Team Lead or Service Delivery Leader
