• Client Service - address customer inquiries and servicing, including opening and maintaining accounts.
• Sales Support - identify sales opportunities, refer to banking partners, assist with sales materials and calls.
• Documentation - conduct background checks, clear document exceptions, secure necessary documentation for daily activities.
• Relationship Development - build and maintain long-term banking relationships with customers.
