First Bank is seeking a Customer Support Specialist - Bilingual to serve Spanish-speaking customers and branch staff via phone, email, secure messages, chat or other approved channels. You will aim for first call resolution across retail banking inquiries and related services.

You will handle online banking questions, debit card support, and periodic operations tasks, while identifying cross-sell opportunities and staying current on bank policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication.
