First Citizens Bank is seeking an International Customer Service Representative in Miami to support the International Banking group. You will service foreign and domestic accounts, address inquiries, and assist with opening new customer accounts.

The role includes facilitating lending referrals and sales administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have 4 years in international banking client services and are bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in international banking client services or financial services.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Client Service: address inquiries and maintain open and new customer accounts.
• Sales Support: identify sales opportunities and refer to banking partners; assist with sales materials and calls.
• Documentation: conduct background check requests, clear documentation for new accounts, maintain data in the system.
• Relationship Development: provide personalized banking services to build long-term client relationships.

Overview

The International Customer Service Representative position:

• Provides administrative and customer service support to the International Banking group.
• Services foreign and domestic accounts, addresses inquiries and concerns, and performs other servicing activities to facilitate daily banking for customers.
• Secures all necessary documentation and information to opens new customer accounts.
• Facilitates lending and sales production efforts by making appropriate referrals and assisting with sales administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Service - Performs a range of daily servicing and administrative tasks to address customer inquiries and concerns, including the opening and maintenance of customer accounts.
• Sales Support - Identifies sales opportunities by consulting with customers on their business and banking needs. Makes appropriate referrals to banking partners who can recommend Bank products and services as a solution. Assists with a variety of administrative duties such as preparing sales materials, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales calls.
• Documentation - Conducts background check requests, clears documentation exceptions for new accounts, and secures any other documentation necessary to daily activities. Maintains account data and records within the department system.
• Relationship Development - Offers personalized banking services to build rapport with customers. Leverages customer engagement and a strong business network to develop long-term banking relationships.
