Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an Intake & Resource Navigator to serve as the first point of contact for participants, visitors, and community members seeking services.

This bilingual (English/Spanish) role combines intake, resource navigation, customer service, and administrative support to connect people with programs and community resources while supporting daily Community Support Services operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Two years of experience in customer service, community services, administrative support, intake, reception, or related field.
• Experience coordinating administrative operations, facilities requests, or IT support tickets preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for participants, visitors, and staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's primary intake receptionist by answering general calls, providing program information, and routing callers.
• Greet participants, visitors, vendors, and staff at the lobby and entrances to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Manage visitor sign-ins, notify staff of arrivals, and coordinate visitor flow.
• Maintain current knowledge of programs and staff to connect individuals with resources.
• Receive mail and packages and coordinate deliveries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies for a functional workspace.
• Organize common areas, meeting spaces, and supply closets for efficiency.
• Research questions and connect staff with appropriate solutions and resources.
