Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an Intake & Resource Navigator to be the first point of contact for participants, visitors, and community members seeking services and support.

This bilingual (English/Spanish) role combines participant intake, resource navigation, customer service, administrative support, and office coordination to ensure individuals are connected to the appropriate programs and community resources while supporting the daily operations of Community Support Services.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Two years of experience in customer service, community services, administrative support, intake, reception, or related field.
• Experience coordinating administrative operations, facilities requests, or IT support tickets preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the organization's primary intake receptionist by answering calls, providing program information, routing callers, and taking messages.
• Greet participants, visitors, vendors, and staff, maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
• Manage visitor sign-ins and coordinate visitor flow throughout the facility.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, services, and staff directories to connect individuals with resources.
• Receive mail and packages, coordinate deliveries, route items appropriately.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stocks.
• Oversee organization of common areas, meeting spaces, and supply closets.
• Research questions and connect staff with information and resources.
• Submit and monitor IT and facilities maintenance requests until resolved.
• Assist with meeting and event preparations and room setups.
