Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Bilingual Intake Specialist to serve as the primary entry for the Navigator Program. You will conduct trauma-informed assessments, coordinate referrals, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery for clients in need.

Responsibilities include managing the intake line, maintaining case records, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support community stability and well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three years’ experience providing services to vulnerable populations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client intake, screening, and navigation for the Navigator Program.
• Operate intake line, triage cases, and connect clients to internal programs and resources.
• Maintain accurate client records in CaseWorthy with privacy compliance.
• Generate weekly intake reports and monitor KPIs like wait times and needs.
• Coordinate with partners and document safety, language, and accessibility considerations.
