The role requires a high school diploma, Indiana Navigator and CAC credentials within six months of hire, and fluent written and oral Spanish; experience with public entitlements and managed care is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Indiana Navigator and Certified Application Counselor credentials must be obtained within 6 months of hire and maintained yearly.
• Fluent in written and oral Spanish is required.
• Experience with public entitlements, insurance, or managed care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in accessing and maintaining health insurance coverage.
• Assist with Medicaid and Marketplace applications, renewals, and eligibility requirements.
• Provide education about choices and processes in seeking coverage.
• Offer additional support and engagement to connect clients to needed services.
• Complete associated paperwork per policy and procedure.
