Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking an Insurance Navigator to help clients access and maintain health insurance coverage and to guide them through Medicaid and Marketplace applications, renewals and eligibility processes, with a focus on empowering families and individuals.

The role requires a high school diploma, Indiana Navigator and CAC credentials within six months of hire, and fluent written and oral Spanish; experience with public entitlements and managed care is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Indiana Navigator and Certified Application Counselor credentials must be obtained within 6 months of hire and maintained yearly.
• Fluent in written and oral Spanish is required.
• Experience with public entitlements, insurance, or managed care is preferred.

Responsibilities
