B-SAFE INSURANCE INC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face and voice for clients navigating their insurance needs. You will handle inquiries, explain coverages, process changes, and support renewals in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates have prior insurance-related customer service experience, Florida licenses, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and general account management
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Quote and bind new personal and/or commercial insurance policies as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
• Support producers and agents with administrative tasks and follow-ups
