Ideal candidates bring insurance service experience, active Florida licenses, strong communication skills, and a client-first attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus here in West Palm Beach.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in insurance or financial services.
• Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the West Palm Beach market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and insurance documentation.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Support insurance agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients.
