State Farm Agent Team in Silver Spring is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service, handling policy changes, billing questions, and renewals for clients while identifying opportunities to introduce additional State Farm products.

Excellent communication in English and Spanish is essential, with a customer‑first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
