Christian Durand - State Farm Agent is seeking a bilingual Client Account Representative to serve English- and Spanish-speaking customers in the Rockville, MD area. You will handle policy changes, servicing, and billing inquiries while identifying opportunities to discuss additional State Farm products.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
