Job summary

State Farm Agent Team Member in Rockville is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support English and Spanish speaking clients. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service, processing policy changes, answering questions, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional State Farm products.

You will build lasting relationships, maintain detailed account records, and collaborate with the agency team to meet office goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
