Durand Christian - State Farm Agent is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients in Silver Spring, MD. You will answer questions, service policies, process changes, and help customers understand insurance and financial products.

This is a full-time on-site role with a friendly team. Ideal candidates speak English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
