Qualificações

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with professional service delivery.
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Colorado.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple insurance software platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance account management.

Responsabilidades

• Client Service: Assist clients with policy questions, service requests, billing inquiries, and other insurance-related needs while providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Cross-Selling & Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products to help clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families.
• Client Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients, address concerns, follow up on service needs, and help prevent policy cancellations by ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
• Relationship Building: Develop trust with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service and insurance solutions.
• Spanish-Language Support: Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options and feel confident in their insurance decisions.
• Agency Growth: Help strengthen our existing book of business by turning everyday service interactions into opportunities to deepen relationships, improve retention, and increase account value.
