• Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: assist clients with policy questions, service requests, billing inquiries, and related needs with a professional, welcoming approach.
• Cross-Selling & Account Growth: identify opportunities to offer additional coverage to protect homes, vehicles, and families.
• Client Retention: build relationships, address concerns, follow up on service needs, and help prevent policy cancellations.
• Relationship Building: develop trust with clients through understanding needs and providing personalized service.
• Spanish-Language Support: communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients to explain coverage options.
• Agency Growth: strengthen the existing book of business by deepening relationships and increasing account value.
