Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree or some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk.
• 1 year of hospital or physical office experience preferred.
• Experience with medical revenue cycle processes preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance collection follow up or self‑pay collections.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, maintaining timely, accurate information.
• Clarifies and resolves issues by identifying needs and root causes.
• Escalates complex issues to appropriate teams and follows up for resolution.
• Provides triage support for issues related to platforms and back‑office processes.
• Documents interactions thoroughly in the CRM with detailed records.
• Adheres to quality standards and KPIs, including productivity and response times.
• Delivers professional customer service with a patient‑centric attitude.
• Collaborates with peers and supervisors to support team goals.
