Community Health Systems is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative I to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate information and timely resolutions.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responds to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other channels with timely information.
• Clarifies and resolves issues by identifying needs and root causes.
• Escalates complex issues to appropriate teams with prompt follow-up.
• Documents interactions in the CRM system with detailed records.
• Adheres to KPIs such as productivity, response times, and CSAT.
• Maintains professionalism and a customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
• Collaborates with peers and supervisors to improve service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
