O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist who assists professional customers at the installer counter, coordinates with delivery staff, and ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment. • Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders quickly and accurately over phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Enter daily mileages and complete vehicle inspections.
• Work with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging/labelling.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock) as needed.
• Assist with customer labor claims to ensure prompt processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
