O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter and oversee the daily activity of the delivery team, ensuring accurate and timely order deliveries.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge and good communication; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will develop sales relationships with installers, handle orders by phone and online, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice, direct parts to delivery, and route delivery specialists for timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and enter mileages in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty cores, are billed before customers leave.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited timely.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and label properly.
• Assist on front/retail counters as needed; help with backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims and ensure speedy processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
