Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter. This role supervises the daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and strong sales relationships with installers.

Bilingual candidates encouraged. Responsibilities include taking orders by phone and online, preparing invoices, coordinating parts staging and delivery, maintaining vehicles, and processing returns and warranty items.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery staging, and route delivery specialists to ensure timely orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected as per company standards.
• Verify warranties, returns, and cores are billed before customers leave the store.
• Assist at front and retail counters, and help with backroom duties and labor claims.
