Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Record daily miles and vehicle inspections.
• Assist front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties (stock, returns, etc.).
• Assist with labor claims processing.
