Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products seeking a customer service and sales support role. You will receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, and you will coordinate deliveries with operations while supporting the Outside Sales team.

Strong communication and prior front-line experience are essential. Spanish language skills are a plus, and you’ll benefit from paid training, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and other company perks.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience in construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain vast product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
