You will retrieve customer and stock data in SAP, monitor order progress, and coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and QA to ensure excellent service. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering; Supply Chain preferred.
• Min 2 years inside sales / key account in a manufacturing setting.
• ERP SAP proficiency required.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Understanding of manufacturing/production environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Experience with NEC & IEC hazardous requirements is a plus.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus with proactive follow-up.
• Good problem-solving with innovative solutions.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the sales cycle.
• Use SAP, website resources, and team support to answer customer inquiries promptly.
• Use SAP to retrieve customer data, stock status, and PO status.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and QA to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate claims and start RMA processes.
• Assist outside sales and management in priority transactions.
• Participate in meetings and training to maintain product knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
