Job summary

R. STAHL INC. is seeking an inside sales professional to build strong client relationships through the sales cycle and provide guidance from inquiry to post-sales support.

You will leverage SAP and cross-functional resources to resolve inquiries, monitor orders, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is highly valued for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years inside sales / key account experience in a customer service and manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in the ERP (SAP) system required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English & Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the sales process.
• Utilize SAP, website resources, and team support to provide timely solutions to inquiries.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate claims and start RMA processes.
• Support outside sales and management in priority transactions.
• Participate in meetings and training to maintain product knowledge.
