Red River Brick in Carrollton, TX is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will deliver inside sales support, assist customers, and collaborate with the sales group to grow our product knowledge and ensure accurate order processing in SAP.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in customer service or inside sales, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. A business degree is preferred, bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and you will develop product

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and inside sales support.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the SAP system.
• Process orders and assist with purchasing activities.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs.
• Assist customers with product, order, and pricing questions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Develop strong knowledge of company products, processes, and systems.
