BOSS JCB in San Antonio, Texas, is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and assist with financing processes. You will collaborate with outside sales, finance partners, and leadership to move opportunities from initial contact to delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; 2+ years in inside sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Minimum of two years in inside sales or related customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities via calls, emails, referrals, social media, and CRM leads.
• Qualify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Manage leads, quotes, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales reps in growing market share and customer retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
