Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• At least two years of inside sales or high-volume customer-facing sales.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn new products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers through calls, emails, CRM accounts, industry lists, referrals, and social media.
• Help customers choose equipment by learning needs, applications, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry, quotes, demos, follow-up, to closing and delivery.
• Create equipment content for social channels like Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate financing by gathering documents and working with lenders through approval.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and protect customer information.
• Collaborate with outside sales, parts, service, and leadership to deliver a great customer experience.
