Job summary

Costex Tractor Parts CTP® is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, answer inquiries, and provide product information for heavy equipment parts. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with a proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.

You will handle quotes, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales for heavy equipment or aftermarket parts.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong negotiating skills and sales strategy ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and provide product information.
• Identify growth opportunities and qualify sales leads.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager and shipping team.
