Our client is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team in. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping customers find the right JCB equipment solutions for their needs.

The right person will be comfortable working with customers by phone, following up on leads, identifying sales opportunities, and working closely with the outside sales and service teams.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate JCB equipment solutions
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Qualify leads and move opportunities through the sales process
• Prepare quotes and provide product information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with existing customers and identify opportunities to grow accounts
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems
• Work closely with the outside sales and service teams
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Support account management activities to drive sales growth and customer retention
• Learn JCB product lines and industry applications through ongoing training

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position
• Schedule is either 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• Previous inside sales experience with the ability to manage the sales process from initial contact through closing
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing sales opportunities
• Account management experience with the ability to maintain and grow existing customer accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office applications
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
• Experience in equipment, construction, or industrial sales is beneficial but not required
• Willingness to learn JCB product lines and industry applications through ongoing training
