Job summary

JCB is seeking a frontline Customer Support Associate onsite in San Antonio, TX. You will handle dealer and Direct Sales parts inquiries, verify part availability, and communicate with the World Parts Center to resolve back-orders and expedite critical parts. Bilingual Spanish/English required; 1 year in customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Handles dealer or Direct Sales customer parts inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrates active listening to ensure issues are understood and addressed
• Expedites dealer back-order requirements with WPC Operations
• Communicates with the World Parts Center to identify part availability and delivery status
• Identifies options to improve delivery of backordered parts
• Provides training and support to dealers in Dealer Portal and Tech web
• Provides training to Direct Sales customers in Dealer Portal and Salesforce
• Performs other customer support functions to meet department goals
