Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales support.
• Proficient with computers: Excel, Word and the Internet.
• Experience using databases for order entry and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor for direct customers and distributors globally.
• Handle orders, returns, shipments and basic product questions.
• Enter orders via phone, fax or email from distributors and customers.
• Notify customers of shipment delays and process purchase orders.
• Update customer/distributor information in Bettcher’s CRM.
• Support international shipments paperwork and documents.
• Process returns/credits/warranty claims/RMA’s for customers and distributors.
• Provide pricing, availability and lead times information.
