Bettcher Industries, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support international distributors and Bettcher global sales managers with order processing, shipping, and issue resolution.

You will enter orders by phone, fax or email, maintain CRM data, ensure on-time delivery, and help expand sales through upselling parts and services while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or inside sales.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Internet for orders and communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor for direct customers and distributors globally.
• Receive and enter orders from distributors and direct customers via phone, fax or email.
• Call customers to inform about shipment delays or information needed to process orders.
• Process changes to or cancellations of orders/backorders and initiate replacement parts orders.
• Update customer and distributor information in Bettcher’s CRM.
• Support global sales managers to facilitate communication regarding orders and transactions.
• Handle returns/credits/warranty claims/RMA’s for direct customers and distributors.
• Expedite orders with the factory when necessary.
• Provide shipping/tracking information and details on pricing, availability and lead times.
