We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support international distributors and customers, processing orders and resolving issues related to sales transactions.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or sales support, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 3+ years in sales or sales support.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Export compliance or international shipping experience.
• Eligible to work in the US (I-9).

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor for direct customers and distributors globally.
• Handle orders, returns, shipments and product questions.
• Enter orders via phone, fax or email.
• Notify customers of delays and required information.
• Update CRM with customer/distributor data.
• Process returns, credits and warranty claims.
• Ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Coordinate international shipment paperwork.
• Support global sales managers in order transactions.
• Provide shipping tracking information.
