SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to back our sales and customer service teams. You will generate quotes, process orders, manage payments, and assist outside sales while delivering exceptional service by phone and email.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to support Spanish-speaking customers in both languages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and generate accurate quotes.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up to confirm order processing and delivery.
• Provide exceptional support via phone and email; resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and outside sales to prepare quotes and orders.
• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and billing to fulfill orders accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and processes.
