Job summary

Emovis US, Inc. is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support customers in a fast-paced contact center in Orlando. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls in both languages, navigate multiple systems, follow scripts, and document interactions with precision.

Training lasts 3 weeks full-time (Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM). After training, shifts are assigned within operating hours and Saturday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to type notes accurately into customer accounts and work across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers in real time.
• Follow scripts and verification processes with high accuracy and document interactions clearly.
