Job summary

Emovis in Boca Raton is seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to join our Customer Support team in a full-time hourly role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience.

Prior call center experience is preferred and we provide training. This role requires strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow scripts.

Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service or customer-facing role; call center experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal English with a professional phone manner.
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt to each customer.
• Active listening, problem solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Calm, patient and empathetic with frustrated customers.
• Full-time hourly work availability, including evenings or weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate documentation of interactions.
• Eligible to work in the United States; on-site in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Listen to needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Document all interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in systems.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures with a friendly tone.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to the right team.
• Aim to meet or exceed call quality, productivity, and satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership for improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay current.
