O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist in Michigan to support the Store Manager and assistants with sales, customer service, and daily operations. The role may assume shift leadership when managers are absent. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, including Spanish speakers.

You will guide team members in customer service programs, oversee showroom service levels, and ensure smooth processing of transfers, special orders, and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts knowledge a plus.
• ASE Certification helpful; bilinguals encouraged (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Process buys/ship-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds using proper payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and store security procedures are followed.
